Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer any trial?

Yes, we do! SEMSTORM offers a 14-day trial, during which you can test the tool without obligation.

You can activate the free trial by going to https://app.semstorm.com/giftcard?code=demo and confirming the action with the green button.

If you decide not to opt for the paid package, your account will revert to a free one after 14 days. However, you will lose access to your campaigns, documents, and reports.

What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we offer the following payment methods:

Will I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, you will. You will find all invoices in your profile.

Can I pay directly through a money transfer?

To generate proforma, please choose a long-term plan from our pricing page and checkout.
Fill in all required billing information, choose any payment method (it doesn't matter) and go to review.
On the review page, you will see the "Generate proforma" button (form footer, right side). After you click that button, proforma will automatically be sent to your e-mail.

Remember! You will gain access to the system and obtain the final invoice after successful payment.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan when I want?

You can upgrade or downgrade anytime you want.

Just choose a new plan and purchase it. The system will automatically calculate the length of your new plan proportionally.

Can I resign anytime?

Yes, of course. If you have an active subscription, you will need to disable it in your SEMSTORM panel. The cancellation will take place at the end of the currently active plan.
