Yes. Regardless of how many Articles you have left in your SEMSTORM plan, Articles redeemed now will be added in full to your Articles pool.

You will first use Article pool allocated to the plan. Only when it runs out will you start using the additional pool.

No, additional Articles will expire after one year, if you won't use them. Remember that you need SEMSTORM plan (Premium or higher) to use Articles.

No, it won't. When you buy additional Articles, you only pay once. To pick up additional Articles the following month, you must purchase again.

Additional Articles are available once payment has been proceed.

If you use fast online transfers or card payments, you will usually receive access to the Articles within a few minutes. However, it can sometimes take up to 24 hours for online transfers or up to seven days for traditional transfers.

No, you need active plan (Premium or higher) to use purchased Articles. If your plan expires, you won't be able to create new Articles.

Yes, we do! SEMSTORM offers a 14-day trial, during which you can test the tool without obligation.

You can activate the free trial by going to https://app.semstorm.com/giftcard?code=demo and confirming the action with the green button.

If you decide not to opt for the paid plan, your account will revert to a free one after 14 days. However, you will lose access to your campaigns, documents, and reports.

Yes, you will. You will find all invoices in your profile.

To generate proforma, please choose a long-term plan from our pricing page and checkout.
Fill in all required billing information, choose any payment method (it doesn't matter) and go to review.
On the review page, you will see the "Generate proforma" button (form footer, right side). After you click that button, proforma will automatically be sent to your e-mail.

Remember! You will gain access to the system and obtain the final invoice after successful payment.
